Hi Peoples! So I'm finally here doing my Skin's care regime that quite a few people requested!
To be honest, sometimes i am hardworking, sometimes i am lazy. If i woke up late, i don't even bother to apply any skins care onto my face. Not even SUN BLOCK! That's something you guys mustn't follow!
If you read my twitter, you would have know that in order to save some money, I've stop using those pricey products except some sleeping mask or sunblock. I used to have this mindset that to get a better skin, I've to get a expensive products like Laneige, SK 2, Lancome etc.... But guess i was wrong, cos now when i start using product like Hada Labo or maybe biore. My skins turn out better!
(PS: The truth is i wanted to save money for Yannbin's 21st birthday! Hahaha)
Except for my horrible dark eye circle, my face complexion is alright
with no make up. I always go out without make up due to my laziness! But make up boosts
my self-confidence so i will somehow put a on during weekends. Ok, that's
another story. Now i have to focus on getting the good skin.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do note that my skin type is dry skin type. And i use different products during morning & night time!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. SHA Hydrating Face Wash (Day Time)
This is good! I use it to wash my face every morning when i shower. It has
a hydrating formula. Your face doesn't feel sticky after using. You
feel refreshed and the oily skin just seems to disappear.
I certainly recommend this and it is not expensive too!
And It's white and soft creamy form. It's very easy to lather and rinse off.
Yes, i have a slight obsession to be fairer in any kinds of way,
So, heres a lil tips for you! If you have the same dry skin like me. But would love to use whitening products. Try to use the hydrating products in the morning and whitening products during the night time! What my beauty advice told me is that, whitening products actually do cause dryness! So in order not to have dry skin, try to use the hydrating products at the same time! And that's what i do always! 2 Different products in one day!
2. Hada Labo AHA/BHA Exfoliating Face Wash (Night Time)
So i exfoliate my face with this every night!
This facial wash contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) and Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) to give clarity, brightness and promote skin cell renewal by preventing dead skin cell build up.
The gentle cleanser lathers into fine, velvety foam to prevent blemishes and polishes away dullness for a renewed skin everyday!
The product is of a thick consistency but lathers and becomes a thin smooth layer when you're rubbing it on. It's scent free and because of the AHA and BHA properties it doesn't lather almost at all like a regular cleanser or soap face wash. It's your non-conventional scrub free scrub which is great for sensitive skin.
3. Cure Natural Aqua Gel
We need to scrub off our dead skin once or twice every week too! Buy a
decent dead skin remover facial product! Watsons have some good ones!
You can try Cure Natural Aqua Gel!
Cure made up of 90% water and natural plant extracts of aloe vera, gingko and rosemary and it contains no preservatives, fragrance, artificial colorings and alcohol. Hence, Cure Natural Aqua Gel is suitable for everyone (Male and Female), even the person with sensitive skin.
A 250ml bottle of CURE Natural Aqua Gel cost at $42 SGD and it can last up to 6 months with twice weekly usage.
So here are the 4 simple steps for you!
4. Laneige Multiberry Yogurt Peeling Gel
Yes, another scrubs I'm using here is Laneige Multiberry Yogourt Peeling Gel. Don't get confuse whether I'm using this or the aqua gel. I use both! Just use it alternately!
Just use an appropriate amount and gently massage over the face using
5. SHA Hydrating Lotion (Day Time)
I have been using Hada Labo for about more than few months now
It really improved my overall skin condition.
It is extremely light - almost like water, easily absorbed by my skin and very gentle too!
Good for: Tired, dry and sensitive skin.
I rate this 9.9/10. It is ridiculously good.
6. SHA Hydrating Lotion (Night Time)
My skin has been looking a little dull and tired of late so in order to keep my face hydrate, I have to do something like whitening on my face!
This whitening lotions feels like water in texture but is cloudy in color. It is not as sticky
as the SHA moisturizing lotion.
7. Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Eye Cream (Day/Night)
I got to try this new eye cream from Hada Labo for a few weeks now and I have to say I am loving this!I swear this is the best eyes cream i ever tried before.
This feels like a gel texture and not truly a cream. Still, this cream is creamy and spreads easily over our delicate eye area. Trust me, just this small amount is more than enough!
Honestly, in my skin care routine, I don't really used to having a habit
of applying essence. My skin care routine is just something very simple,
I cleanse, tone and lastly apply my moisturizer then I will be hitting
my bed. When during the day time, I will just add on sun block and I
will be ready but after knowing the importance of essence and what can
it do, I started to add skin care essence in my skin care routine.
This is the amount of the product I apply every morning. And before my make up, I applied this essence too.

8. Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moist Essence EX
This is the amount of the product I apply every morning. And before my make up, I applied this essence too.
9. Hada Labo Shirojyun Arbutin Whitening Essence (Night Time)
I use about two pumps every night after I wash my face and
before I apply any moisturizer.
10. Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Milk (Day Time)
It's milky white and isn't very
watery. I use one drop of this for my face, spreading it between my
palms before patting it on.
11. Hada Labo Arbutin Whitening Milk (Night Time)
Just apply this right after the lotion in the night time like how you apply your Moisturizing Milk!
It has milky texture, easy to absorbs and leave fresh feeling. I use 1 drops for my whole face and neck. It really brightens my skin and lighten my dark spots. Comes in plastic and flip top packaging, so you can bring this product easily.

11. Shiseido's Perfect UV Protector
Always
apply sunblock before you leave the house. You can forget about all the
skincare things that i mentioned but you cannot forget this. Sometimes
when you are at home, you can apply a little bit of sunblock too because
there will be UV Rays in your house as well.
Yes, this is the sunblock I'm using !
Ladies who aren’t very sure of Sunsceens, you might just want to read on. I have to stress that using Sunscreen is truly one of the most important things in life. It’s the fundamental step in our skincare regime!
Many of us thought that the higher the SPF, the greater the protection, the better it is. I somehow thought so too initially until I went to dig for more information.
Did you know that Suncreen of SPF 15 or higher is good enough to protect our skin against UVB? And in actual fact, the chart says this:
- SPF 15 blocks 94% of UVB rays
- SPF 30 blocks 97% of UVB rays
- SPF 50 blocks 98% of UVB rays
- Anything more than SPF 50 is sort of redundant
So forget about looking for the highest SPF sunscreen, I learned that it’s pointless and NO Screensceen is full-proof anyway. And my beauty advice once told me that, if SPF is too high, it can actually block your pores! I'm using this before i know about this. So i have to finish this before i can purchase a lower SPA Sunscreen. Mehhhhhhhhh
So, SPF 30 would probably be the best and the least one should get.To be very honest, I was a little hesitant when buying this. I have never tried Sleeping Mask before.
I ended up buying it because i don't like having to wait fifteen minutes before I peel off a sheet mask or heading to the bathroom to wash off a cream mask.! And for this, the price was quite affordable for a gel mask. Even in hindsight, I still believe that this product is inexpensive as you only need a very small amount for each application.
Used after you apply you night skincare routine. Taking some product proceed to mark your nose tip, cheeks, forehead and chin area before spreading it outward over your face. After this, head to bed and wash off the Pack in the morning.
It suggests that you use this mask once or twice a week and that you can apply more of the product over your dry spots. To be honest, i use this every night! NO HARM! I PROMISE!
It may be a little pricier than others but it's an investment that won't break the bank
And i promise, your complexion will look a bit brighter and you will looked well rested, despite only sleeping a few hours.
Pea-sized amount is enough but usually i put more!
It's a lightweight gel consistency, but don't be fooled! Because this product is truly hydrating and refreshing. To be honest, at first, I didn't really see a difference but I noticed how whenever I used it, my skin in the morning had something like a seal of moisture, very much like the commercial. My skin is unbelievably soft when I wake up whenever I use this! I have nothing but praises for this sleeping pack. I've tried sleeping with sheet masks on, and none of them have given me the moisture and dewy-ness that Laneige Water Treatment Sleeping Pack has!
Last but no least!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AHHHHHH! Finally i'm done showing you guys the products i'm using! I know I'm no those skin care professional! But I'm more than willing to share with you guys about the good products! Sorry if I'm doing a good post! But I hope you have learnt something new and start taking care of your skin! Our youth is priceless.
See you!
